The Stock-Terra Company bedding material, all brands, passes through our proprietary dust extraction system, prior to packaging. This unique process delivers minimal dust bedding material and allows users to receive the best bedding material available for their animals.

Individual Bags

Our individual bags consist of approximately 3.9 cu. ft. of compressed high quality shredded Kraft board. Bags are sold as individuals or placed on pallets of twenty-eight and shrink wrapped.

Individual bags are great for trailer use, individual use at exhibitions and shows, users that do not require livestock bedding in large volume, and situations where storage space is not an issue.

Individual bags are how we first introduced our bedding brands and it is how most of our new customers get started as well. This packaging method is traditional and efficient in its approach to providing our end users with our product. We take great pride in not only the quality material packaged inside the bag, but also in the high quality 3.75 ml plastic bag we supply. Its tough, durable and water tight!

Incredi!-BALE

The Stock-Terra Company’s exclusive Incredi!-BALE is a new and unique method for handling your bedding needs. The Incredi!-BALE measures ~ 5’ x 4’ x 3’ and can weigh an INCREDIBLE 1,000 pounds!

No more piles of bulk bedding material taking up space and blowing away. No more stacks of bags lying around the farm. You can store twelve Incredi!-BALES, an equivalent of 300 bags, in the space needed for 112 bags of bedding material.

PLUS, you can now maximize your money spent on transportation costs. Prior to the Incredi!-BALE, satisfied customers purchasing semi loads of our bedding brands received 832 bags in a standard 53” cargo trailer, with a load weight of ~ 33,280 pounds or 11,720 pounds under trailer capacity.

NOW, the same satisfied customer can receive deliveries on fully loaded cargo trailers, in all cases saving them an incredible amount of money on a per bale basis.

HOW? The Incredi!-BALE is compact and maximizes its weight with its volume. Customers now receive 35% more bedding material for the same transportation cost.
That’s great, but how do I use the Incredi!-BALE?

The Incredi!-BALE is compressed and bound with six high strength wires, placed on a pallet, and shrink wrapped. During transport the Incredi!-BALE is laid down on its side. This is the best method for transport and short term storage.

Pull, from the Incredi!-BALE, an appropriate amount of material for the application at hand. The Incredi!-BALE will retain its shape after the wires are removed.

Bulk Applications

A bulk application is a situation where the customer needs to use over 20 bags in a single application. This may be a calf barn, birthing area (cattle, sheep, goats, or exotics) show ring, poultry barn, or hoop barn.

Remove the Incredi!-BALE from the storage area and bring to the desired location. Using the loader tractor or fork lift, tilt the Incredi!-BALE to its upright position. Remove the pallet and shrink wrap from the area and discard.

The next step is very important and we recommend reviewing the caution tag attached to the Incredi!-BALE to prevent accidental injuries from occurring.

CAUTION: The Incredi!-BALE is processed under high pressure. The Incredi!-BALE will expand against the wire and cause the wires to snap when cut.

Removing the high strength wires from the Incredi!-Bale is simple and for bulk use you must remove all wires prior to use. Wearing safety goggles snip the first wire with a wire cutter. Repeat until all wires are cut. Pull the wires from the Incredi!-BALE and discard.

The Incredi!-BALE will retain its shape after the wires are removed. Spread the Incredi!-BALE throughout the livestock area using a loader, fork, or shovel.

When you are ready to use an Incredi!-BALE select a convenient location for the bale to be accessed. This is easily accomplished with a standard farm loader tractor or a fork lift.

When the bale is near the desired location, place the Incredi!-BALE and pallet on the ground. Using the loader or fork lift tilt the Incredi!-BALE to its upright position. Remove the pallet and discarded shrink wrap from the area.
